Cant fetch the document uploaded in Pdf Tron after making digital signatute

Hello Experts, I used Pdf tron to make a digital signature and also to make some changes in the pdf document, once I done with that I have a save button , once I click the save button I can’t able to view in the document viewer. I dont know wheather the document is saved or not, Even I tried to fetch the document Only the name of the file or Id can be retrieved. Could you please help me to fetch the pdf document after making some changes in the pdf tron and also tell me that the file document will be saved or not if I use save button?
