Dropzone Question

We have a working Dropzone widget in our project, however, it puts errors in the log. Also, it seems unusual the the widget requires the associated entity for context, but doesn't allow me to select the picture file name. What am I doing wrong? This is definitely a bug, and Andries Smit has already addressed it in a fork on GitHub. It's just pending acceptance by Chris, the widget developer.
