We want to run a Nanoflow which will call Microflow internally from gird action button but currently its not supported in mendix is there any other way or work around to achieve this?

replace your data grid with a list view, which you model mimicking the look & feel of a data grid.
Or wait until Studio Pro 9, where a new data grid will be introduced.
