Export the current Atlas_UI, import as a new module under a different name. Set this module as your UI resources package throught Project > Settings > Theme.  Start remodeling the page templates and building blocks as you see fit and make the necessary (S)CSS changes in your theme directory. Then when your finished export this module and place in your app store. Then in any new or existing project you can import this module.
