Showing that type of graph is certainly not part of Mendix standard graphs. but representing it in a data model is certainly possible. You can do this by adding a 1-1 association to the entity itself. The resulting association table is exactly the data-what you are showing here. The downside is that an association-table won't show itself in an application in the way you describe.
