In mendix studio pro, I am unable to access the mendix folder and unable to open projects

Did you try opening the project form the folder i.e., open the .mpr file from the project directory? Does the Studio Pro opens the project correctly this way?
Also try running Mendix Studio Pro with “run as administrator” option and check if any access error comes
