Any documentation or material on how to read a lighthouse performance profile for a Mendix App? How do we correct any things in there? How to test your Site with Google Lighthouse? (geekflare.com)

Nope. Nothing on docs.mendix.com. Nothing on this forum. Apparently Google Lighthouse is pretty unfamiliar in the Mendix community. Maybe we will be better able to help you if you have a more specific question. Have you ran into a particular correction-advice that you need clarification on?
