Does Mendix automatically update the values of the TimeZone/RawOffset objects when there is a time change?

Dear Community, We are currently having the problem of manually attaching local TimeSlots to a UTC TimeSlot for a global app. For this we use the $TimeZone/RawOffset. Now after the time change in some countries, unfortunately, some of the TimeSlots are wrong (-1h). Now the Question, which would help us, solving this Error: Does Mendix update the $TimeZone/RawOffset after it came to a time change? Many thanks in advance! Greetings, Frederik
