White login screen after download..

Hi everyone, I've just downloaded Mendix Studio Pro on my laptop (Windows 10). When opening the application, the login screen is just plain white. After making it full size, the login features appear but there is no possibility to login. It does do something but it seems to lag a few minutes. What I have tried so far: - installed a different version - disable firewall - restart laptop - closed all other websites/apps - whitelisted websites (as suggested by https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/system-requirements) And after all this, it still does not work. Thanks in advance!

Hi Thijs,
you have to raise a support ticket to mendix https://support.mendix.com/hc/en-us and I am seeing this issue many times in the forum questions

Thanks to some great help from a colleague, resolved this issue with creating a registry entry

(DWORD type entry, DisableHWAcceleration  with value set to 1

in
