How we should add the microflow of country codes to the text box with country flag

Hi , i have downloaded the shetterbox for mendix appstore for the country codes like for india +91..but after downloading that module it is added under the appstore modules. How i should map the above microflows to get as dropdown to select the country code for the below screenshot On choose of flag can we get country code option or else how we can implement with
