in a perticular text area OR condtion is not working. can you tell me why this is not working if not working then provide me the alternative solutuon.

This is supposed to work, maybe your user does not have a read access to the attribute you want to display? or simply your object does not have a status to draft or a substate to re_assess

the status attribute is from proposal entity. can you tell what should i do to get the object of proposal entity or proposal_propsal details association in this given image.please help me
