Image From URL Not Displaying On Page

I’ve tried several of the image viewer widgets that allow you to supply a URL for the image. The URL works fine in my browser but will not render on the page. I can right click on the default placeholder for the image and select open in new tab and it opens fine. The URL is accessing an SVN repo but I’m logged in so that isn’t an issue. The URL is (changed the address for protection) http://18.220.57.86/polarion/svnwebclient/fileDownload.jsp?url=Demo%20Projects%2Felibrary%2Fmodules%2FSpecification%2FProduct%20Specification%2Fattachments%2Fceline_dion.jpg&crev=5951 Can anyone provide guidance on why it doesn’t render on the page? Use:
Try the following URL: https://st4.depositphotos.com/1703608/21210/i/950/depositphotos_212102742-stock-photo-portrait-funny-raccoon-showing-sign.jpg
If you see the racoon you should look what causes the image not to be selectable from SVN.
