forgot password module

Hi, I’m trying to implement forgot password module. The thing is I am receiving the recovery mail to the linked email address however, the tokens are not replacing which you can see in the below image. Please help me to rectify this problem.

Check out the template of the email that you are using to send this mail. Very likely that the placeholder is not set:
It is either that, or you have to check the rest of the template settings and maybe go to MxReflection and click the refresh buttons.
