cf-mendix-buildpack: run a shell command before starting Mendix runtime

Hi. We need to pre-create some binary configuration files on the CF application host before starting the Mendix Runtime. The contents depend on the application environment settings. These files are the certificates and public keys to use with the Postgres JDBC driver. We use https://github.com/mendix/cf-mendix-buildpack to build, but from the description it’s unclear how to do that.
