When I try to download backup from download tab of sprintr, it just refresh the page and no downlaod happening. Can anyone help? Thanks!

This can happen if your browser blocks popups for a specific website. Is there perhaps an icon in the right top corner of your browser with a red icon or exclamation mark? That is were Chrome puts this warning at least.
