The best way to do this is to create 2 forms with the difference in the template grid and have them called by a microflow that decides the conditional visibility.

The above "solution" is no solution for me.

I need conditional values on seperate items within a template grid. This cannot be achieved by having two different template grids (since this just gives two seperate lists, where either one of them is visible).
