What’s a question?

This is a really good question, seriously. A lot of questions here are duplicate, too broad, without context, asked “how to implement my solution?” instead of “how to fix my problem?”.

In my opinion is a good question a question with a certain scope, with a clear definition and with a context and a clear goal.
