I want to create a row with 5 column where I need to provide download button to each row and print all row data into that document

Use a template-gird or list-view for that. You can add a button in the row of the view, which triggers a flow and take as input-parameter the row-values. In that flow you can create a pdf and activity ‘Download file’.
