If you set the ‘visible for’ properties of pages and or ‘allowed roles’ microflow properties correctly, every role will only see items which they should have access to.

you can create a new Layout for each user role and create a Menu then add this Menu to the Layout

for example lets say create a new menu : ‘User_Menu’ (Add the navigation you want)

then create a new layout :- ‘User_Layout’

then add the ‘User_Menu’ to your ‘User_Layout’

and for each page your user can access use your ‘User_Layout’ layout
