After importing SAML Now I get this in my app is it correct and what next I have to enter in fields.

Yes that is correct and you should fill in the details. It will end up in the metadata so the other side can have a contact person if something is not working correctly.

You must get the IDP configuration then start filling in the form.

Later, you must download the metadata which can be given to team which maintains IDP.

Sometimes, they decide to import this metadata within IDP as well.
