I am a beginner and want to know about workflow for a course enrolling application where the trainer suggest a course with price and the administrator has to either approve or reject. Thank you

It would be good for you to learn building the workflow by completing the following Learning Path:

It should take approximately 3-4 hours to complete this course. Post that, build the workflow, that you have mentioned and if you face any challenges and issues, please ask specific questions on this forum and there are plenty of people here, who will support you in this.
