Position PDF when using PDF Overlay

Is there a way to overlay multiple PDF files and control the position on the page? I need to print labels that are in a (2x3) grid. I was wondering if I could create (6) individual label PDF files, then overlay then into (1) page. This would work if I can control the position of the label when I do the overlay. Is this possible?

Have you tried adjusting the Margin positions (Top, bottom, left, right) for the overlay document and then overlay it on the actual PDF? If, it works, then it must be the most viable option, since you can control the position with the document template itself.
