Can I find  here a Senior Software Engineer with 5 or more years of Software Development (preferably Java, but don’t mind other languages) and has at least one year experience using Mendix for an interesting job in Egypt? Nationality: Egyptians (who live only in Egypt)

My guess is, you won't find one here. 

Can train a JAVA developer for you though. Not 1yr experienced in that case, but equipped for the job.
