Yes this is possible.  You can do this using a Datagrid (if your entry requirements are not complex), ListView, TemplateGrid (with an embedded snippet for editability) or, if you are willing to work with ‘beta’ software, Datagrid 2.  To get started, complete some of the learning paths about how to create Mendix apps.
