Refresh in tab form directs me to default tab. Is this configurable?

When I refresh a form with multiple tabs it always directs me to the default tab. Can I also configure my form in such a way that it keeps the focus on the tab that I was editing when I refreshed?

I think this should not be configurable, but always be the default behavior. Maybe you can enter the question as a feature request (if you want it to be configurable) or as bug report (if it should be the default behavior).
