Mendix service console open constants window very slow

Hi, When we open the mendix service console - constants (Application constants) window it takes a long time (>50 secs) to open. We are running on premises and on windows server 2008R2. Is this the normal behaviour or can this be resolved (what's causing the delay)? Kind regards, Brian
