(Newbie) Licensing for Portal users

(Newbie question) About a dozen users run an application that has data on tens of thousands of customers. In order to give these customers access to their 'own’ data (seeing their own order history, updating their contact details, alk questions, etc.), is there a particular mechanism for this, and how does Mendix's licensing model cater for this scenario?

For licensing see pricing.mendic.com. You will get charged for actual users, so a dozen.

Making each customer see its own order history, etc is done via associations between the entity customer and order history, between customer and contact detail, etc.

I am also curious about this.

Does this mean that 40 users that use the app for 1 hour a week, is 40 times as expensive as a single user that uses it for 40 hours a week?
