Text area - grows automatically issue with smaller screen

Hi all, here is a couple of screenshots of the same text area with “grows automatically” set to yes. The first is viewed on a screen with a resolution of 1366x768 (standard for the laptops provided to our colleagues). The second is on 1920x1080 The bottom line is cut off, is there anything we can do to force it to expand a little more?
