Placeholders are not reflecting values.

I have setup email functionality in my project. I have added few placeholders but, it is not reflecting value.

Did you make sure that you replaced the tokens in the mciroflow that sends out the email? See also the documentation here: https://docs.mendix.com/appstore/modules/email-with-templates/
