We created a role for a "super admin" to have access to the user-info, as I do not want users to have access to the full Admin rights. In addition to them doing user-administration this was primarily meant to allow them to reset Blocked Accounts and to allow them to set account to inactive. To the best of my recollection this worked, so I was highly surprised to get a Feedback telling me the screen show "unable to render boolean because of autorisation" errors...... who can point me in the right direction ?

It might be an issue with the user role setting, the user management part.
Check the roles that are experiencing the issue and look at the bottom part of the user role detail screen. It maight be that the users do not have the permission to manage all the roles the would need.
