I can find usages of pages, microflows, entities etc. I can find documents and other odds and sods. But is there a way if searching for text? Just a word? So in a coded project, I would recursively grep through files of text. But this is Mendix and I guess most of the “code” is in the mpr file.

You can use CTRL + F (or Edit → Find...) to open the Find prompt. Here you can search for string or words that occur in logic.
