Cant publish while using private team server Gitlab

Can't publish while using private team server Gitlab. Is it possible to active this function? how? thks!

I don’t think that this is possible. Publishing the app requires the app to be present in the Mendix cloud. If you are in a private environment, you can’t just publish it.
