Dear All In the Edit email template , I set 5 placeholders in the email template. And i use 5 placeholders in the Html Text tab and click the ‘Copy from html text’ in the Plain text tab. When I want to see the mail was send, In the Plain text tab, palceholder’s value is right displayed. But in the Html text tab,The value of placeholder is not displayed。 Who could tell me the reason of this. Thanks
