That looks like a security problem. Essentially the role the user has assigned to them doesn’t have permissions to execute the microflow DS_DTAInformation.

You would need to amend the security settings of your application to give that role access to run the microflow, or change the users role to one that can run the microflow. You’d need to make the decision on what is best based on your knowledge of the application.
