Keep selection of a Data Grid after a page refresh or reload

Hi all, I am trying to keep the selection of a data grid after I reload or lost connection or something. I tried doing this with a double click microflow, so the last clicked will be sorted above. The problem with this is that the user needs to click twice, while we had this functionality for a while with a single click. Does anyone have any idea to achieve this? Help is much appreciated :)
