Hi, When I try to use ping IP address for any specific environment I’m getting request time out error. I don’t know about this error. can anyone know why the error occurred? Please help.

If you are trying to ping an IP address on the Mendix Cloud I believe this is disabled on their AWS setup, hence the timeouts you are seeing.
