There are a few other options to create tickets: You can try https://ticket-support.mendix.com/p/Alternative (but you can’t add attachments) or email support@mendix.com to report the issue and/or create a ticket.
We’re also looking into/resolving the issue.

It did happened for me also when i was selecting multiple files , however it worked with one file at a time
weird bug. :)
