Looking for a font that includes all or a lot of special characters.

Hello everybody, Me and my are looking for a font (ttf) which includes and captures all the special characters or at least a lot of them . We already used Dengxian, Courier New regular , Noto-Sans but all these do not include everything that we need. Some of them have only European and Chinese characters and some others only Eastern European characters. Does anyone know something that can include every character ?

Have you tried Helvetica World? It supports 102 languages and might be the one you’re looking for.

There is a useful page on Wikipedia detailing how many characters mainstream fonts support. Hopefully you can find one from the list there that meets your requirements.
