Error while creating an App (Mendix Studio Pro version 9.12.4)

As per the Mendix crash course, I tried creating an App (Create App → Blank Web App → Use this starting point) but I get the following error. Can you please show me how it can be resolved? Mendix.Modeler.Sprintr.SprintrConnectorException: Error while creating sprintr project. ---> Mendix.Modeler.VersionControl.TeamServer.TeamServerRepositoryServiceException: Error converting value "{"status":401,"title":"Unauthorized","detail":"Invalid token"}" to type 'Mendix.Modeler.VersionControl.TeamServer.ProjectRepositoryItem'. Hi
Now it’s clear
1. As per the Crash course 3.3.1, asked to create a new app as SummerHill Hospital. I hope you did it well
2. Section 3.4.2 describes to start with MockHrService application that contains dummy data to work since SummerHill Hospital(New Blank app) doesn't have data
3.So Clearly Mentioned about opening a second instance of studio pro.
For that--->Click on Studio Pro 9.12.4 once again from the desktop shortcut
Then, Import the downloaded package as per the given image on Academy.
This ,means you are creating a new application with an already created Mendix app (MockHrService)
Another way to Import package from Mendix Studio
File--->Import App Package
Hope it helps!

I am using SSO to login for Mendix Pro. I have the same problem that I could not resolve after trying a few solutions and installing multiple versions of Mendix Pro. The last recommendation by Concetto Condorelli above about logging out and re-login before importing the package was the one that worked for me
