Is there a simple and straightforward way to "tag" a Version number in the actual module that can be downloaded in the App store. For Widgets we can use "update" (which I probably wrongly) assume will actualize the widgets, but I noticed it is harder to keep track of which version of, eg the Excel Importer you have lounging in your project.......

I don't think so, but it might be a good idea to add a version property to the widget xml file, this should be a read-only field that is disabled but allows the users to check the version of their widget.
