Want to increase the space between two rows in a document template

I want to increase the spacing between two rows, if I use line break, it adds up more space between that I don't want. Is there any alternative solution to add some space between rows in document template or decrease the line break spacing?

Maybe you can try solving it with CSS setting padding in the CustomStyle of the cell
