I am evaluating Mendix Framework but could not find any information on the application architecture of a Mendix app. For example, is it a two-tiered architecture or three-tiered architecture? How does a Mendix Web app interact with its database (Does the UI talk to the DB directly, or does it go through a backend service?) Where can I find such information? Thanks, Shawn
