Hi all, question. We are trying to change our url's from https://appname.mendixcloud.com/ to https://appname.company.com/. We requested a DNS record from the domain registrar, but they told us that the target we provided is not resolvable. Details of the request we did for the TST environment are: FQDN c-name = appname.company.com and FQDN target/destination = appname.company.com.cname.mendix.net. Without being able to resolve the target, the mapping cannot be created. Does anyone know what to change in order to configure our DNS record?
