Error message when trying to commit without errors showing after using OQL

I have been using the OQL reporting features, in particular I duplicated a Data set and then deleted some parameter constraints. I am now trying to commit but am prompted with a warning message despite not having any errors in the error list: " The project contains errors. Do you still want to commit?, Yes or No" I have also been prompted with the "Something went wrong, Send feedback window" multiple times. I don't believe this is an SVN conflict issue since I was the last developer to commit. Should I file a ticket?
