Is there any module available in market for shopping cart like we have in wordpress as woocommerce ?

There is no such template in the mendix marketplace.

Which does make a bit of sense, since Mendix is a app dev platform for enterprise apps.

B2C websites like a webshop isn't the target for Mendix.
