Unable to Add page

Trying to add a new page to home page but unable to add as it is giving error “ Could not load file or Assembly”.   System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Threading.Tasks.Parallel, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'. The system cannot find the file specified.
