Iam trying to use the email template in my app but facing this encrytion error , Help me in this scenario Im trying to use the email template I try to send mail when the leave is accept,reject or pending But while executing this i cant able to connect the email template facing the above error

Make sure that your Email-object has an actual email-address in its attribute ‘To’.
