In your case you may have the following (as you are using the Atlas_TopBar):

 

You have to click on that item I highlighted in red so that you can access and edit that layout (in here you can delete that hamburguer icon):


Just as a best practice, you could also make a duplicate of that layout and save it in your module instead:

But side bar is still here and I want to delete it, cause doesn’t make sense to have two bars:
