Date and time working differently in US region only

I am using one Calendar Widget m which should show StartDate as default calendar date. Localize is off for Calendar widget and I am formatting Start date as below,, formatDateTimeUTC($InboxItems_Response/EQXStartDate,'yyyy-MM-dd') Now it is working fine for UK/IST and other region except only for US. Please suggest some solutions Note: one more observation I would like to mention, for each time zone which is UTC-hrs (like before UTC-1:00 to UTC-12:00) given one day previous date. And for UTC+hrs time zone it is behaving correctly)

Hi,
check this setting, maybe the view is changed based on the logged in users location?
