Hi, I’m new on the mendix platform while developing the conditional workflow I faced the below challenge. On setting the expression for comparison (current date time = attribute (VOU_To_Date) of entity VOU_Matser, I’m getting the following error, it is unable to calculate the expression An error has occurred while handling the request. Could you please double check some items for me?
Do your $VOU_MasterList/VOU_To_Date and $VOU_MasterList/VOU_From_Date attributes have values in them (you can check this by using breakpoints in your microflow)? Because you cannot compare a date to nothing. If this is the case, I would suggest you add an additional check to see if the values are not empty as such:
if $VOU_MasterList/VOU_From_Date = empty or $VOU_MasterList/VOU_To_Date = empty then true else false
Are your ‘to’ and ‘from’ attributes defined as datetime attributes? Because otherwise your comparison is impossible. To check this, go to your entity and change your data type.
